12:15 – 12:30. – Presentation of the IAT specialized in Bioeconomy and Circular Economy.

12:30 – 13:00. “Trends and opportunities” by Vicente Monge.

13:00 – 13:30. – Case studies:

  • Komvida. Company producing a probiotic drink (Kombucha). By Ms. Nuria Morales, chemical engineer, expert in fermented products and responsible for process control of Komvida.
  • Aromas do Valado. Company of elaboration of essential oils and natural products for the well-being. Ana Vinagre, General Manager of Aromas do Valado.
